Clinical Outcome Studies
In May 2004, Ramsay Health Care UK signed the largest public
sector care contract ever awarded to a private healthcare provider
in the UK.
In July 2006, Ramsay Health Care decided to undertake some
studies, in order to demonstrate the degree of improvement which
patients felt following hip replacement, knee replacement, and
cataract surgery. The questionnaires used are well-recognised and
researched tools. The results have been collated by an independent
data management company (The Leadership Factor).
The charts within this website, allow you to view the overall
ability of patients to carry out certain tasks before and after
their surgery. The site will also allow you to view the results
specific to each of the hospitals.
